KHBC engineering group was founded on a simple conviction: that a better design is the product of two disciplines working as one — the restraint of architecture and the rigor of engineering.

I lead both. Every KHBC engineering group project is drawn by the same studio that engineers it, which means our architecture is shaped by what's possible, and our engineering is shaped by what's beautiful.

We work primarily in demanding coastal markets — climates and codes that reward precision. Permitting is never an afterthought; it informs the geometry and the assemblies from week one.
